Vendor Information and Guidlines

The Jenks herb ‘n’ Plant Festival will be held between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm on Saturday, April 27. Vendors are expected to maintain their booths until 4:00pm.

Booth spaces are assigned  (best suited to our festival) on a first come, first serve basis-upon receipt of application.

Vendors may begin setup after 7:00pm the night before the festival.

Security Guard will be on duty from 9:00pm Friday until 6:00pm Saturday.

Vehicle’s must be removed from exhibit area by 7:30am Saturday.

All food products, including vinegars, herbal blends, etc. must have been prepared in a facility that has been approved by the Health Department. A copy of your Health Department license or equivalent must be enclosed with your registration to ensure participation.

Sales Tax rate of 0.08517% is to be charged on all sales. Sales Tax collected for Vendors not having an Oklahoma Sales Tax permit must be turned in at 4:00pm the day of the festival at the Jenks Garden Club Booth.
